Thank you for visiting Arundel Lido, we have listened to your feedback and we have kept our sessions limited with the option of pre book to guarantee your space. You can attend on the day if there is space in the session you can pay on the gate, but we do advise you book to save disappointment.

Here are a few FAQ's so far:
- If I cancel do I get a refund? If you cancel, you will not receive a refund. If you cancel because you are showing Covid symptoms, we can rearrange your booking but you will be unable to book or attend any sessions for 14 days to ensure you have time to isolate if necessary.
- Can I purchase a Season Ticket? This season we are introducing our Membership that will entitle you to member rate tickets and member prices at Chanctonbury Leisure Centre, Storrington.
- How many people can attend each session? All sessions are limited to a safe number depending on the activity.
- Is the Pool Heated? Yes the pool is heated to 28 degrees during the Summer Season. We then run 'cold water swimming' as the pool cools down usually from the end of the Summer Season until October (depending on demand)
- How 'Fit' do you have to be to attend Circuits? All activities can be adapted and you can push yourself as hard as you like. why not try it and see?
- How do I book? simply select the session, date and time you want to attend and select tickets. it will show you how many tickets are available.
